Can someone please help me

I feel like I’m dying. My doctors say I am a mystery… One tells me I have MTHFR and another says I do not … can someone please tell me who can help me with these results …https://livewello.com/avaeli33/snps/report

Hi- it says you haven’t granted anyone else access to see your report or I’d try to help!!

From what I am looking at here, after doing my own research on myself you do not carry the MTHFR-A1298C gene so therefore do not have a serious Methylation issue that requires daily helpful doses of the active form of B12.

What I do see though is your VitD receptors are not functioning at their best if at all and I suspect you have low VitD numbers. You will need to take Elemental Magnesium Glycinate and VitD3 (Magnesium and VitD work together). When these two are taken VitD and 200mg Mag in the morning and 200 mg Mag in the evening then you will notice over time other cells and mitochondria start to function better and this also allows for Calcium to go into the bones where it belongs and not excreted thru the kidneys, so in essence unless you do not eat anything that has calcium in it you do not need to supplement with calcium what so ever.

With these results you would also benefit from B6, B1, B9 and some B12. You carry a gluten intolerant gene, so may even see a real benefit to being as gluten free as you can.

I hope this helps,
Erica

Make sure you take a good K2 vitamin to ensure the D is being absorbed!

Definitely … Thank you so much!!

Almost everybody has at least one mutation in the MTHFR gene. So I wouldn’t worry about it.

There is only one mutation (homozygous for C677T) that has been shown by repeatable, reputable, scientific studies to possibly have a small chance of causing problems.
