looking for successful ADHD medication for 10 yr old… any luck out there?

I don’t know if this will be helpful at all…especially because I’m an adult woman and I have Inattentive type ADHD… but what I’ve been taking is Adderall xr along with high dose Omega 3 as much as 2 grams (not just fish oil), L-Tyrosine, magnesium and a good whole food multivitamin. Vyvanse was pretty good too… Concerta didn’t work for me and I hated all of the non stimulants plus they didn’t work for me. It’s all individual though… everybody responds differently. 
Also, what a person eats and drinks with stimulant medications can make or break how it works.
