Ideas on treatment, living with it?
Starts out as Degenerative in my case, then stenosis in several areas from neck down to lumbar, and then the spondylitis happens, which i believe is a fusing of the spine? Please any more definitive answer is appreciated.
Having to use medical marijuana for the pain to decrease the pain medication, have other issues going on, but i stretch even from my bed, if you are able to walk, do that, doesn’t have to be a race walk, i’ve tried the far infrared mats they sell, but ended up returning them, as i think you have to buy the really expensive high end brands. Watch out for any extra EMF’s bc we don’t need them coming at us. Prayers for you…
