EDS - link attached - is this "enough" to suggest EDS, and which type if yes?

Can anyone tell if this is “enough” for a suggestion of an EDS diagnosis and if yes - which type? I would be most grateful as not sure where to start!

I believe most of the COL5A1 genes are referencing the classical version of EDS. I’m going to be getting genetic testing soon so I’m hoping my own will correlate with what we’re seeing on this. Mine also showed for classical but also two other rare forms. I’m not as hypermobile as some but do have hypermobility in my major joints. I wish they’d provide an easier platform for us.
