I have emailed support@livewello 3 times and still cannot generate the variance report that I paid for. How can I get them to respond tome and deal with the problem. I’m not at all happy.
Just after I posted this and emailed again from the Livewello site contact form I received an email from Livewello and the problem is fixed. Not sure if it was the GeneChat post or the 4th email. All I have to do now is understand the report.
I can’t either. Is it a simple fix, or just something they did?
