I have this mutation but have not had any neuroblastoma (that I know of). 51 y.o. Caucasian female.
As far as I know, I haven’t had a neuroblastoma either and I’m almost 41 years.
40% of the population has this snp. It’s a risk snp…which basically means close to nothing
Unless you have neuroblastoma, then maybe it means something. Lots of it in my family. I had a different brain tumor related to tranforming growth factor beta receptor 1 promoter deletion. Fun times!
