Livewello uses 3rd party payment processor - Stripe to securely manage payments and to store your credit details. Sometimes for security purposes, Stripe may require a verification code in order to allow you re-use a stored Credit Card. In such cases you will see the view below
The verification code is sent to you via SMS. If you do not receive the text message, or if you want to skip this step altogether, you can click the link below the form labelled “Fill in your card details manually”. You can also click the back arrow in the top left corner (see image above)
This will take you back to the Credit Card form
