Does anyone have any variants in MYH11? What are your symptoms?

Does anyone have variants in MYH11 gene of any kind? If so, what are the variants and what symptoms do you have? Do you have Ehler’s Danlos? I would like to know, thanks!

I have EDS but no concerning MYH11 SNPs identified. Given there are only 9 on 23andMe, I’m not sure that says a lot.

I think you could be onto something but whole genome sequencing probably needs to be more affordable first. I’m only thinking about it because it could be a dissertation for my bio degree.
