I had melanoma and an atypical meningioma, which means it could turn cancerous. I had radiation (which causes cancer) because it was inoperable. I have a clinical diagnosis of Gorlin Goltz, which can cause melanoma and meningioma. I went to an MD geneticist in Boston and he took me into research for 10 years. I found out a lot that way. I am glad I know, but jeez, I am such a genetic train wreck.
